The agency will actively guide and educate members on skills such as image consultation, social media, web platforms, and auditioning skills. They will then be notified and sent to talent auditions with the goal of employment. The auditions and castings are for print modeling, television roles, film roles and live appearances. This is a way for many families to supplement income or sustain themselves when they do not have year-round employment.
